Doubletree By Hilton Paradise Valley Resort Scottsdale, Scottsdale

We had a fantastic stay at the resort! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. However, we did experience some issues with pests in our first room, which dampened the experience slightly. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the facilities are enjoyable, particularly the pools.

My stay at the Doubletree Resort was quite a mixed bag. The property certainly has its charm with spacious rooms and beautiful landscaping, but I experienced major issues with service, particularly with the shuttle and front desk responsiveness. While the pools were nice, the maintenance was lacking since the heater was broken during my visit. I appreciated the cozy room but felt the overall experience didn’t quite live up to typical resort standards.

The hotel offers a quiet atmosphere with a convenient location near Downtown Scottsdale and various attractions. Although the room I stayed in was spacious, its outdated condition left room for improvement. Service at the restaurant was decent, but the dining experience didn't fully meet my expectations. Additionally, the cleanliness in some areas, especially outside, could use more attention.
